In Memoriam
Meetings with angels are said to be rare; Angels who touch our hearts show that they care. Yet we have known this angel for quite some time; This angel he had no feathers and no halo, Yet shone brilliance wherever he'd go. Truly his thoughtfulness was equally wise; Ever helping us out from sunset to sunrise. Angelic meetings, often said to be few; This one was destined and meant to be true. He was a blessing to us, time and time again; Looking out, caring, come sunshine or rain. This meeting was not that unusual or rare. An angel of encouragement, very special to us; Moreso when through tears we couldn't see. This angel is known by only one sole name - This angel is my brother. Yes! There is no other. I've seen my brother crying, I've seen his heart in two; I've seen when he is hurting and when he was down and blue. Sometimes he needed someone to give his heart a gentle tug; I wish he was still here for his sisters to hug. We love and miss you, Butch. Marcia, Pam and Leta |
