Delphi Police Dept.

Jan. 2 - Theft, Delphi residence. Victim reported identifying paperwork missing from her residence. Officer Paul Vondrasek responded.

Jan. 5 - Possession of marijuana, N. Washington St. Male juvenile was found to be in possession. The case was forwarded to the prosecutor's office and probation. Vondrasek responded.

Jan. 10 - Identity deception, Delphi. California subject using the identification of a local resident was discovered when applying for a permit. Chief Justin Darling investigated.

Jan. 18 - Theft, Swifty Gas Station. Vehicle left station without paying for fuel, however the fuel was paid for later in the day. Darling responded.

Jan. 20, 3:42 a.m. - Operator never licensed and public intoxication. Dagoberto Flores, 29, Delphi, arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. Driver Patricia Flores, 32, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of never being licensed to operate a motor vehicle. Officer Justin Wilson responded.

Jan. 30, 1:10 p.m. - Theft, Discount Tobacco. Two witnesses reported a man stealing and he was identified. Case was forwarded to prosecutor's office and probation. Wilson responded.

Feb. 2, 9:46 p.m. - Information, US421 Carwash. Slide-off vehicle found abandoned. Officer Chuck Kent responded.

Feb. 2, 10:25 p.m. - OWI/prior, minor consumption/possession of alcohol. Brandon Davis, 20, Frankfort, was arrested pending results from a blood draw during a traffic stop. Kent responded.

Feb. 3, 1:16 a.m. - OWI, Main and Market streets. Miguel F. Leiva, 40, Delphi, was found to be intoxicated during a traffic stop. Wilson responded.

Feb. 3, 3:54 a.m. - Possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, SR25 at Trailhead Park. Seth Scales was arrested. Kent responded.

Feb. 3, 9:45 p.m. - Property damage, US421 near car wash. Eric Williams, 27, Flora. Kent responded.

Feb. 5, 2:35 p.m. - Property damage, Dollar General parking lot. Elmo J. Everett, 82, Delphi, and Sharon L. Vanvoorst, 61, Reynolds. Yeager responded.

Feb. 9, 12:45 p.m. - Property damage, Division Line Rd. and CR900W. Savana L. Seibert, 21, Monticello, and Kirk A. Duff, 31, Flora. Seibert was transported by EMS to St. Elizabeth Hospital with head and neck pain and cited for failure to yield the right of way. Sgt. Brook McCain responded.

Feb. 9, 10:31 p.m. - Driving while suspended/prior, McDonald's parking lot. Donald Fultz was arrested. Wilson responded.

Property damage reports

Feb. 1, 12:30 p.m. - SR25 near SR218. Emma E. Campbell, 28, Lafayette, Billy L. Piercefield, 25, and Patrick A. Abbott, 27, both of Logansport. Crash due to slush on road. Nine passengers were injured and transported to area hospitals. Piercefield and Abbott received minor injuries but refused medical treatment. Maj. Tobe Leazenby responded.

Feb. 1, 2:49 p.m. - Towpath Rd. near CR875N. Heidi M. Martin, 19, Monticello. Sgt. Dennis Randle responded.

Feb. 1, 11:35 p.m. - CR200N near CR450W. Carl L. Wilson II, 26, Galveston, and a passenger were both seen by EMS at the scene and refused treatment. Deputy Jay Schimmel responded.

Feb. 2, 2:05 p.m. - US421 at CR1172N. Jordan Gebhard, 17, and passenger Cassy McDonald, 15, both of Monticello, were treated at the scene by EMS. Randle responded.

Feb. 4, 7:56 a.m. - CR1100N near CR1000W. Amy L. Spitzer, 41, Idaville. Deputy Grant Davidson responded.

Feb. 4, 6:21 p.m. - CR910W at CR290N. A vehicle owned by Debbie L. Gipson, Delphi was damaged while parked by an unidentified vehicle. K-9 deputy Tony Liggett responded.

Feb. 6, 1:40 a.m. - SR218 near CR525W. Ivan W. Douglas, 37, Camden and Zachary A. Kite, 24, Kokomo. Deputy Zachary Hall responded.

Feb. 6, 4:05 p.m. - CR1150W at Bicycle Bridge Rd. Crystal M. Ayers, 24, Lafayette, and Silas A. Jura, 16, Delphi. Sgt. Dennis Randle responded.

Feb. 8, 3:20 p.m. - 614 E. Main, Camden. A vehicle owned by Harold E. Griffey, Camden, was damaged by an unknown vehicle at the Camden Auction Barn. Deputy John Chapman responded.

Feb. 9, 4:30 a.m. - CR350W near CR100N. Vicki A. Nape, 43, Delphi. Hall responded.

Feb. 9, 7:45 p.m. - CR300W at CR200N. Dustin L. Prater, 21, Flora, was cited for two infractions. Hall responded.

Feb. 10, 3:50 a.m. - SR29 at CR700S. Austin M. Taylor, 26, Cutler, was cited for two misdemeanor violations. Hall responded.

Feb. 1, 7:41 p.m. - CR350S near CR500E. Matthew R. Shanks, 16, Bringhurst. Dunning responded.

Jan. 31 - Harassment, N. Lower Lakeshore Dr. Harassing telephone calls received by Jefferson Township resident. Leazenby responded.

Feb. 2, 3:50 a.m. - Leaving the scene, S. CR900W. Driver left scene of property damage crash prior to deputy's arrival. Deputy Jay Schimmel responded.

Feb. 4, 4 p.m. - Identity deception, Mt. Zion Blvd. Raul Martinez, Monticello, reported owing back taxes to IRS from 2005 for an unknown person using his identifying information for employment in Georgia. Leazenby investigated.

Feb. 4, 5:39 p.m. - Theft, W. Horseshoe Bend Rd. Hall responded.

Feb. 4, 6:21 p.m. - Leaving the scene, W. CR290N. Liggett responded.

Feb. 5, 3:55 p.m. - Leaving the scene, W. US421. Vehicle owned by Kim Cripe, Pittsburg, was damaged while parked at Graham's Saloon. Leazenby responded.

Feb. 5, 5:25 p.m. - Theft, E. CR900N. Davidson responded.

Feb. 6, 8:43 p.m. - Leaving the scene, N. Rockfield Rd. Report of vehicle traveling across a yard causing property damage. Schimmel responded.

Flora Police Dept.

Jan. 28, 4:08 p.m. - A fraud report was taken at 112 W. Vine St. Officer Randy Larimore responded.

Jan. 29, 7:31 p.m. - Property damage accident at 802 S. Third St. A semi driven by Corwin Angle, 43, Flora, struck a mail box and caused damage to the yard. Strong crosswinds caused the trailer of the semi to go off the road. Sgt. James Bishop responded.

Feb. 3, 9:16 p.m. - Tim Goltz, 37, Flora, reported he hit a deer at 2415N 300W. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Feb. 4, 10:55 p.m. - Travis S. Harrison, 28, Lafayette, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery. Disinger responded.

Feb. 6, 12:36 p.m. - Thomas E. Francis, 30, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. Chief Paul Redmon investigated. Larimore assisted.

Feb. 9, 2:01 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was reported at 954N 50E. Officer Mark Thomas responded.

Feb. 10, 6:30 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Laura Hernandez, 26, Forest, was arrested on suspicion of operating while never receiving a driver's license. Disinger investigated.

Feb. 10, 8:25 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Amanda Borgue, 20, of Greentown, was arrested on warrants out of Hamilton and Howard counties. Thomas investigated.
