Rossville Elementary first and second graders will perform the musical, "Lemonade," on Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. in the Rossville auditorium. The musical by John Jacobson and John Higgins promotes the idea that "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade."

The story includes 17 nursery characters whose unfortunate circumstances are improved by "kindness, glee, compassion and love." The characters learn that "it takes a change of heart and a positive attitude to turn gray times bright or lemons into lemonade."

The public is invited to attend.
