Deer Creek Presbyterian Church has a new pastor, the Rev Dave Herron. He will move into the parsonage the first of March and be ready to start the second week of March. He and his wife, Sharon, have a son who is also a minister and a daughter and they live in Ohio.

Faith Lutheran Church will have a soup and sandwich supper on Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. with the Lenten service following at 6:45. Choir practice will follow the service. Anyone interested is welcome to attend these services.

Jesse and Opal Morgan of Faith Lutheran Church recently celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary. Cards may be sent to them at 1026 Lynas Dr., Logansport, IN 46947.

Pastor Sandy Hutchens has returned to the pulpit after her toe surgery and is doing well.
