In a default judgment, Brandon Kelly was ordered to pay $2,480.20 to Dallas and Darlene Eikenberry.

In an agreed judgment, Joe Wolfe and Brittney Wolfe were ordered to pay $895 to Jason Reece and Melissa Reece.

Shayne D. Record was ordered to pay $10,206.14 to Beneficial Indiana Inc.

Miller, 51, of Bringhurst, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; Theresa J. Lawson, 20, of Lafayette, illegal consumption; Harold E. Johnson, 36, of Flora, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; Kelly J. Capitanio, 31, of Flora, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; Randy A. Miller, 51, of Bringhurst, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person and habitual substance offender;

The following cases were dismissed: Bank of Wolcott vs. Gregory Allen Clawson, Kimberly Ann Clawson, Gene E. Clawson and Shirley J. Clawson (two entries); Jim Helms vs. Josh A. Lovvorn; Dick Krieg Motors Inc. vs. Larry Yerkes;
