The TASTE OF TIPPECANOE is seeking artists for Artist Row. The show is open to any artist, age 18 or older, residing in Benton, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Fountain, Howard, Jasper, Montgomery, Newton, Pulaski, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Warren, and White counties. Work must be original work of the entrant and completed within last three years. Artwork must be of high quality and must be for sale. Artists must be able to demonstrate their work at their booth. Work may be of any media, but will be juried for quality. The deadline for receipt of entries and payment is 5 p.m. Feb. 28. Applications can be found at www.tippecanoearts.org.

CARROLL COUNTY EXTENSION HOMEMAKERS are sponsoring a Special Interest Lesson - Flower Arranging. The lesson will be taught by Linda Penn, House of Flowers, on Monday, Feb. 18, at the 4-H Building in Flora. The lesson will begin at 2 p.m. Pre-registration by Feb. 11 is required. Participants will make their own arrangement to take home. For more information, contact the Extension Office, 765-564- 3169.

Rockfield Presbyterian Church will host THE COTTON PATCH GOSPEL BIBLE STUDY program. It will start Feb. 10 and will run for four Sunday evenings. The first one will begin with a carry-in supper at 6 p.m., followed by a onehour program. Rev. Gerry Stevens leads this enlightening study on video. All are welcome to come.

Flora Public Library is hosting a VALENTINE CRAFT PROGRAM

at 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 11. Anyone over age 18 is invited. Program participants will have their choice of several projects to make and take. No project will take longer than an hour to finish. The program is free, and all materials are provided. Reservations are required. Call the library at 967-3912 or drop by the main desk.

CARROLL COUNTY DEMOCRATS will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Stone Barn in Delphi. Anyone is welcome to attend.

DELPHI ART CLUB will be showing art at the Logansport Art Association Gallery, 424 Front St, Logansport, during all of February. About 50 items will be on display, including water color, oil, acrylics, china paintings, rock villages and a turtle shell. The club will have its next meeting at the Logansport Art Gallery on Feb. 7 with Margie Bothof and Phyllis Porter as hostesses. The meeting will be at 7 p.m. and will have a demonstration by Carol Granger of the Logansport Art Association.

The RED CROSS BLOODMOBILE will be in Delphi on Feb. 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Honan Hall. To schedule an appointment, call 1-800-448-3543.

CARROLL COUNTY GARDEN CLUB will meet Feb. 9 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Camden library.

The SINGLES CLUB will meet Feb. 14 at noon at Solomon's Grille in Delphi. Bring a signed Valentine for exchange. Call (765) 564-3595 for information.

CARROLL COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION will meet in executive session Feb. 7 at 7 p.m. to receive information about prospective employees. A special public meeting to discuss the zoning administrator position will follow at 7:30 p.m.

CARROLL COUNTY COUNCIL will meet Feb. 6 at 8 a.m. for a regular meeting and at 1 p.m. in a work session with the Department of Local Government Finance.
