Tabitha Fultz of Delphi and Richard White of Plymouth announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

Miss Fultz is the daughter of Mark and Jan Fultz of Delphi. She is a 2005 graduate of Delphi Community High School.

Her fiancé is the son of Lori Tener of Lexington, Ky., and Richard White of Plymouth. He is a 1996 graduate of Culver High School.

A Valentine's Day wedding is being planned.
