Sines 60th anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Sines, 4106W 200N, Delphi, recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.

Sines and the former Pearl Johns were married Jan. 18, 1948, at the First Presbyterian Church in Delphi.

They reside east of Delphi, and he is a farmer.

The couple has three sons, Charles Sines of Brookston, Mark Sines (wife: Beverly) of McDonald, Ind., and John Sines (wife: Barbara) of Normal, Ill. They have seven grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren.

A surprise family celebration, hosted by the couple's sons, was held Jan. 18 at a Lafayette restaurant.
