Corey W. Ginn, 23, pled guilty to battery resulting in serious bodily injury. He was sentenced to five years in prison, two years suspended, and two years of probation.

Heather S. Stewart, 20, pled guilty to forgery. She was sentenced to four years in prison, three years suspended, and three years of probation.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint against Donna J. Sandifur.

Midland Credit filed a complaint against Christopher A. Burdine.

Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Company filed a complaint against Diane Clifford.

Midland Credit Management filed a complaint against Susan M. Condon.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint against Cheryl L. Wingate.

The estate of the late Helen M. Stockton was admitted, probate will only.
