The community is invited to an OPEN HOUSE FOR CAROLYN GILBERT, who is retiring as guidance secretary at Carroll Jr.-Sr. High School. The open house will be Feb. 3 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the CJSHS cafeteria. The event will celebrate Mrs. Gilbert's 30 years of service to the students and staff of Carroll Consolidated School Corporation.

GIRLS SOFTBALL MINICAMP, for girls in fourth through eighth grades, will be held at the DCSC high school gym Feb. 16 and 23 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Registration starts at 12:30. Girls are encouraged to bring their own helmet and bat if they have them. A cost is associated. For a camp shirt girls must register by Feb. 1.. Delphi Rotary Club will sponsor FARMERS' DAY Feb. 5 at noon in the Delphi United Methodist Church basement. Local farmers can enjoy a free lunch and bring a friend. Guest speakers will be internationally recognized Purdue ag economist Dr. Chris Hunt and Carroll County Extension Agent Paul Marcellino. Seating is limited.
