Burton sets two school records

Andrew Burton on Saturday at the Hoosier Conference swim meet set two Delphi Community High School records.

Burton was second in the 50 freestyle by 1/100 of a second in a school record time of 22.66. He was also a repeat champion in the 100 freestyle with another school record time of 49.73.

Kyle Price repeated as the 100 backstroke champion with a time of 57.26.

Burton teamed with Matt Keen, Jared Kelley and Jeremy Sterrett to win the 200 freestyle relay with a time of 1:36.51.

The DCHS boys' team placed third while the girls' team came in sixth.
