Delphi Police Dept.

Jan. 14, 6 p.m. - Information, police headquarters. Juvenile witnessed shoes taken from another juvenile which were later recovered. Officer Chuck Kent responded.

Jan. 17, 8:20 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Tally Ho Ct. Paintballs shot at a yield sign by juvenile. Officer Justine Wilson responded.

Jan. 18, 11:36 p.m. - Assorted drug charges, Kerlin Ave. Chester Whitmore Sr. arrested on suspicion of public intoxication, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana. Chester Whitmore Jr. arrested on suspicion of OWI, possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance. Wilson investigated.

Jan. 20, 2:18 a.m. - Minor possession, Main and Market streets. Juvenile arrested during a traffic stop. Kent investigated.

Jan. 11, 8 a.m. - Fraud, 300 block of W. CR700S. Rural Cutler resident reported the theft of a debit card

later used in stores in Lafayette. Deputy Grant Davidson responded. tax assessment

Jan. 11, 9:16 a.m. - Death investigation, 8400 block of N. CR500E., Camden. Davidson responded.

Jan. 13, 12:30 a.m. - Non-criminal information, 6900 block of N. CR800W. Report of shots fired near CR900W. between CR700N. and CR1200N. Reserve Deputy Gary Flora responded.

Jan. 13, 12:57 a.m. - OWI/endangering, Dreifers Ave. Bradley M. Gipson, 21, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of OWI following a routine traffic stop. Brad Gipson, 52, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. Deputy Zachary Hall responded.

Jan. 14, 11:39 a.m. - Burglary, 11400 block of W. Tecumseh Bend Rd. Items taken from the residence of Don Fritts. Deputy Mike Thomas responded.

Jan. 15, 11:15 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 900 block of W. CR1200N. Gas was siphoned from a vehicle owned by Augusta Idle. Maj. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

Jan. 15, 1:55 p.m. - Residential entry, 8600 block of W. CR250S. Complaint lodged by a Madison Township resident. Deputy John Chapman responded.

Jan. 15, 2 p.m. - Non-criminal information, 4100 block of US421. Animal report between a child and a dog. Thomas responded.

Jan. 16, 9 a.m. - Invasion of privacy, 100 block of W. Main St. Report of illegal activity at the courthouse. Davidson responded.

Jan. 2, 5:04 p.m. - CR225E. at CR550N. Malinda L. Hanson, 46, Camden, and Michael E. Blackburn, 46, Camden. Hanson was treated at the scene by EMS. Thomas responded.

Jan. 9, 11:46 p.m. - Water St. near James St., Camden. Jayme R. Folmar, 27, Delphi, was cited for an infraction. Deputy Jay Schimmel responded.

Jan. 17, 8 a.m. - SR18 near CR600E. Kimberly A. Worl, 38, Flora. Leazenby responded.

Jan. 8, 9:17 a.m. - Property damage accident, Matthew Devore, backed into an unoccupied vehicle at 815 W. Columbia St. Officer Josh Disinger responded.

Jan. 9, 8:04 p.m. - A juvenile delinquency report was taken in the 300 block of S. Wayne St. Sgt. James Bishop and Det. Kevin Hammond responded. Chief Paul Redmon, Sgt. Dennis Randle, Deputies Grant Davidson and Zach Hall, Indiana State Police and Carroll County EMS assisted.

Jan. 9, 12:30 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 105S 125E. Redmon responded.

Jan. 13, 1:57 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Michael L. Galimore, 48, Camden was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Disinger responded.
