Shawnee A. Carter was charged with two counts of theft.

Robert A. Nelson was charged with criminal mischief.

Crystal Altman was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Joseph L. Shultz was charged with criminal trespass.

Jarad L. Wimmer was charged with six counts of check deception.

James D. Pope II was charged with impersonation of a public servant, no insurance and illegal display of red lights.

Delia M. Northern was charged with public intoxication.

Eric P. Akers was charged with possession of marijuana, failure to stop after accident resulting in non-vehicle damage and habitual substance offender.

Wilfredo Sepulvedo Jr. was charged with maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Johnathon T. Blake was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Erika Zamora, 23, pled guilty to disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Leslie D. Field; and State of Indiana vs. Richard B. Dix.

Todd Crider, 20, of Delphi, pled guilty to theft. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Darryl Thomas of Lafayette pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed: Harry W. Jones DDS vs. Kent E. Durbin; Beneficial Georgia Inc. vs. Randy W. Stahl; and Helms Lawn Specialist Inc. vs. Tamara Deford.

Byron Rider of Delphi was ordered to pay $6,708.58 to Asset Acceptance LLC.

Default judgements were entered in the following cases: Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC vs. Pamela R. French; Credit Adjustments Inc. vs. Donald E. Spray; and LVNV Funding LLC vs. Betty Lou Michaels.

In an agreed judgement, Dawn M. Northrup was ordered to pay $2,911.62 to Capital One Bank.

Devon M. Johnson, 22, of Flora, pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated (prior) and probation violation. He was sentenced to three years in prison, one and a half years suspended, and one and a half years supervised probation.

John M. Deaner, 36, of Monon, pled guilty to dealing in marijuana (two counts). He was sentenced to one year in jail, all but 180 days suspended, and 185 days supervised probation.

Travis L. Smith, 20, of Monticello, pled guilty to criminal mischief and two counts of failure to stop after accident resulting in non-vehicle damage. He was sentenced to 540 days in jail, all suspended, and 540 days supervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Richard L. Henry; and Sally J. Clark.

Candy A. Schneidt pled guilty to check deception (three counts). She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Colteen Marcum, 18, of Flora, pled guilty to criminal trespass. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Deborah L. Spear, 41, of Delphi, pled guilty to public intoxication. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended, and 360 days supervised probation.

Scott B. Spencer, 28, pled guilty to cruelty to an animal, criminal recklessness and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was sentenced to one year in prison.
