Friends of the Rossville Library are holding a BOOK SALE Jan. 23-28 at the library, 400 W. Main St. Hours are: Wednesday, Friday and Monday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday from 1 to 7 p.m.; and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

CARROLL COUNTY DAY in Florida will be Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. at Homer's in Sebring. The change of location, date, and time was due to the closing of Whistle Junction on Jan. 8. Carroll County Day is for Carroll County snowbirds in Florida and for former Carroll County residents now living in Florida. DELPHI CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ANNUAL BANQUETwill be Jan. 28 at the Wabash & Erie Canal Interpretive Center. Meet and Greet will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a buffet to follow at 7. Carroll County Tobacco Prevention Coalition announced twoweek NICOTINE REPLACEMENT THERAPY STARTER KITS are available free of charge to those who enroll in a stop-smoking program by calling the Indiana Tobacco Quitline at (800) 784-8669. The quitline is available 24 hours a day. Callers will speak to experienced quit coaches who are ready to provide the help people need to break the addiction.

CARROLL COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND COMMISSION will meet Jan. 25 at 1 p.m. in the commissioners' meeting room on the second floor of the courthouse.
