James W. Zehring was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Matthew F. Nickels was charged with public intoxication.

William M. Kirby was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering.

Mark J. Batcheldor was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering and no seatbelt.

Robert L. Lucas was charged with theft.

Cassie Jo Smith was charged with maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana.

Kayla M. Clark was charged with possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia, false informing and operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Travis L. Ellison was charged with possession of paraphernalia.

Nicholas F. Martin was charged with carrying a handgun without a license and illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.

David E. Cowgill was charged with maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage and disregarding a stop sign.

Deborah L. Spears was charged with public intoxication.

Shannon C. Heath, 35, of Demotte, pled guilty to intimidation and possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to three years in prison, two and a half years suspended, and two and a half years supervised probation.

Jason J. Endress of Camden pled guilty to nine counts of check deception. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and 180 days unsupervised probation.

Christopher G. Manis, 23, of Monticello, pled guilty to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed: Delphi Auto Diagnostics vs. Peggy Garth; State of Indiana vs. Homer D. Stingley; State of Indiana vs. Brian S. Majors; and State of Indiana vs. Suzette T. Snider.

Phillip K. Clifford, 27, of Monticello, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all but 60 days suspended, and 300 days supervised probation.

Katrina L. Boughton of Delphi pled guilty to check deception. She was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Christina Carls, of Lafayette, pled guilty to check deception. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and 180 days unsupervised probation.

For convictions related to alcohol, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Saul Alvarez, 36, of Lafayette, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; Garrett L. Terryberry, 21, of Burlington, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; Douglas D. Anderson, 28, of South Bend, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; and Todd W. Prosser, 37, of Monticello, public intoxication.
