NATHANIEL HEBER, son of Albert and Gloria Heber of Delphi was elected into the Phi Beta Kappa Society at Indiana University for excellence in his undergraduate studies. PBK is a national honor society which recognizes outstanding achievement in the arts and sciences.

Heber is working to attain his master's degree in international relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science in England.

JEFFREY P. MANNING, Bringhurst, has been named to the Bucknell University dean's list for outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2007-08 academic year. He is a 2005 graduate of Carroll Jr.-Sr. High School.
