The IGA store in Burlington is under new ownership.

Now called NORTHGATE PLAZA IGA, the store is owned by a corporation, SRJ Enterprises Inc.

The owners, Jerry Lytle, Steve Barnard, and Ruth Johnson, are all of Burlington.

Johnson said the store will be open seven days a week and will offer 10-pound meat sales and daily lunch specials.

"We hope to add more to the deli later on," she said.

Johnson added that they plan to carry name brand as well as IGA products, local produce, and giftware. They would also be glad to display brochures from throughout the county.
