Burlington Kiwanis Club will meet Saturday morning at 7:30 for breakfast and meeting at the fire station. Burlington Township trustee and advisory board will meet at 7 p.m. Jan. 17 at the Community Library to review the annual report. Burlington Community Club has organized a "get the community together" night on Jan. 27 at the Community Park Building. A soup and sandwich dinner will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Games will be played from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Those attending are asked to bring their favorite board and card games. Tickets are available at The Dinner Bell, Salin Bank, the town hall, and at the door. United Methodist Women will have a "clean out the closets" day on Monday. Plans are underway at Faith Church of Christ for a "God Is Love" Banquet on Feb. 10. |
