Bridge-A-Rama

Bridge-A-Rama high scorers for December were Mary Kelly and Donnabelle Sieber with 5,340 points, Jan and Marion Hathaway with 4,150 and tying with 3,440 points were Pat Myer and Ginny Emerson and Helen Schilling and Joann Vianco.

High scorers in each group were Schilling and Betty Jean Sprague, Laura Baker and Brown, Joyce Murray and Rita Wingard, Jane Smith and Sieber, Brown and Leann Aldrich, Myer and Emerson and Wingard and Sieber.

All proceeds are used for Tri-Kappa scholarships.

Wednesday Forum

Members of Wednesday Forum met at the home of Jerry Landes in Logansport for the January meeting.

A program about emergency preparedness was presented by Vicky Snipes, safety director at Logansport Memorial Hospital.

Delphi CWF

The CWF of the Delphi Christian Church met Jan. 8. Nine members answered the roll call, "Name one thing I can do for the Lord this year."

The 100th anniversary of the church will be celebrated next Oct. 19. Plans are being made and committees formed.

World Day of Prayer will be held at the church on Friday, March 7.

Fairy Hackerd gave the lesson, "Glorious Names of God."

Meeting dates have been changed to the first Monday of the month. The next meeting will be Feb. 4 with Fairy Hackerd as hostess.
