Camden Camden Town Council will meet at 7 p.m. Jan. 10 in the community building. Order of the Eastern Star No. 475 will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the Masonic Temple. Members are asked to remember an item for the white elephant sale to be held Jan. 21. The chapter will be attending inspection at Russiaville Masonic Temple on Jan. 21. The time will be announced at the Jan. 14 meeting. Camden Woman's Literary Club will meet at 7 p.m. Jan. 15 in the Reading room at the library. Hostesses will be Cathy Gero and Susan Briggs. Aim Hi E.H. Club will meet at 7 p.m. Jan. 17 in the home of Jane George. Jean Willy will be assisting. Devotions will be given by the hostess. Members are reminded to bring valentines, food labels, and Ronald McDonald items. Approximately 25 people attended the New Year's Eve get-together held at the Lower Deer Creek Church of the Brethren. Games were played, stories were told, and refreshments were served. |
