Jason and Sheila Brubaker of Camden are parents of a 7- pound, 6-ounce daughter, Heidi Marie, born Dec. 12. Grandparents are Eugene and Faye Wolf and William and Michele Brubaker, all of Camden.

Doug and Marcie (Johns) Penn of Logansport are parents of a 7-pound, 7-ounce son, Silas Gared, born Jan. 3. Grandparents are Mark and Jalayne Johns of Marana, Ariz., and Jerry and Lou Fincher of Logansport.
