Indiana Nonprofit Resource Network will host a two-day GRANT-WRITING WORKSHOP Jan. 17 and Feb. 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the West Lafayette Public Library, 208 W. Columbia St. Attendees can come with an idea and leave with a grant proposal. A cost is associated, lunch is included and scholarships are available. Space is limited to 50 participants. Volunteers will learn to provide a non-judgemental listening ear to help callers and walk-ins talk through and resolve their problems. The center welcomes volunteers over the age of 18 from all walks of life. Participants will be expected to attend all training dates.
