LeShawn D. Justice, 31, of Delphi, died Friday, Dec. 26, 2008, as a result of an auto accident on SR 25 south of Delphi.

Born March 10, 1977, in Indianapolis, he was the son of Leroy Kilgore and Shirley Justice Price. His marriage was to Rochelle A. Wendling Justice, who survives in Indianapolis.

He had worked for Indiana Packers Corp. in Delphi for the past two years.

He loved fishing, spending time with his kids, and working on cars.

Surviving with his wife are two daughters, Nakiah Justice and Reina Wendling, both of Indianapolis; his mother and stepfather, Shirley and Bud Price of Tennessee; his father, Leroy Kilgore; a brother, LeRoi Justice of Lafayette; a stepbrother, Bud Price of Logansport; a stepsister, Carla Dillon of Walton; cousins, Jeremiah Justice of Camden and Stacey Hannon of Lafayette; and best friend, Aaron Holley of Walton.

His son, Jayce Justice, died in the same accident with his father on Dec. 26.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. today, Wednesday, at Murray-Weaver Funeral Home, 401 S. California St., Galveston. The Rev. Jeff Harlow will officiate. Burial will follow at Walton IOOF Cemetery.
