Comet photos by Jennifer Archibald The manger scene was re-created in Camden on Dec. 13, complete with a stable, the holy family, wise men, shepherds, live sheep, and a heavenly choir. Participants were from the Camden First Baptist Church. Christmas carols were played over loud speakers, and children and adults from the church took turns reading the Christmas story from Luke 2. Besides the live nativity outdoors, visitors were welcomed into the church for coffee, hot chocolate, and homemade cookies.
