Toys and gift items are still being accepted for the Carroll County Cares About Kids toy drive.

Sponsored by Beta Alpha Chapter of Psi Iota Xi sorority, the annual drive collects toys and other gift items for children in the county who might not otherwise receive gifts for Christmas.

Toys and gifts should be new or in like new condition and may be dropped off at the Utilities Office, Salin Bank & Trust, or Carroll County Family YMCA, all in Flora. The items are dispersed through area churches and Christmas basket programs.
