Sink family

Thanksgiving Day dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Strunk of Lafayette were Mr. and Mrs. J. Darhl Sink of Jacksonville, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Devon Sink, Kathy Goltz and Mr. and Mrs. Jason Goltz and family, all of Young America, and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Sink and family of Flora.

McCarty family

The McCarty family held its Christmas get-together Dec. 6 at the Burlington Church of Christ.

Those attending were Bill and Mary McCarty, Cutler; Gene and Donna McCarty, Rossville; Jack and Phyllis McCarty, Janet Baker, Camden; Ruthann and Jim Allen, Jerry and Cathy McCarty, Theresa Roberts, Breanne, Kaitlyn, and Doug McCarty, Flora; Charles and Pat Mc- Carty, Annette Blair, Bunker Hill; Bobbie and Susie Smith and children, Peru; Todd and Sharon Milburn, Brooke, Ashley, Rhonda and Emma, and Greg McCarty and children, Delphi; and Dick and Phyllis Porter, Bringhurst.

A summer get-together will be planned for 2009.
