On Sunday, light a candle for one hour between 7 and 8 p.m. in memory of a loved one.

Women's Missionary Society of the Baptist Church will meet at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 17 in the home of Grace Arion. Christmas recollections will be shared by all. Bible book of the month is Isaiah.

Jesus Junction will meet at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 17 in the Baptist Church.

A live nativity will be held Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Baptist Church parking lot. Refreshments will be served. The public is invited.

Aim Hi Extension Homemakers Club's annual Christmas party and exchange will be Dec. 18 with dinner at 6 p.m. at the Flora Family Restaurant. Following the meal, the group will travel to the home of Donna Swayze for a gift exchange and time of fellowship. Sharon Ashby will give devotions. Members are reminded to bring a Christmas card to share and valentines and stamps.
