Faith Lutheran Church Choir is preparing for their Christmas music. Practice is on every Wednesday evening at the church at 7 p.m. Anyone interested is invited to attend. Peg Wright is the director.

Deer Creek Presbyterian Church is having a food pantry Sunday beginning Dec. 21. The deacons invite the congregation to bring canned foods and non-perishables to the church. The deacons will then distribute to the Carroll County area food pantries.

Deer Creek Presbyterian Church is having a Mitten Tree. Bring children's mittens, gloves, scarves, sock caps and baby items. A collection box will be in the Nartlex.

The Deer Creek Community Center is going to have several projects this coming year with a Euchre Party on Jan. 25 at 5 p.m., starting with a light supper.
