The Deer Creek Presbyterian Church will have its monthly Saturday breakfast on Dec. 6 from 7 to 10 a.m. at the church. The community is invited.

Family Night will be Sunday, Dec. 7, at Deer Creek Presbyterian Church. There will be a carry-in supper at 6 p.m. Those attending are asked to bring a well-filled basket. Drinks and table service are provided. The Rev. David and Dot Smook will share their experiences and photos from their trip to the Holy Land last summer.

Faith Lutheran Church is hosting a Senior Potluck on Dec. 16 at 12 noon. All seniors of the community are invited. Bring a dish to share and share the fun.

The Golden Girls of Deer Creek recently went to the Dutch Café for lunch. Those attending were Joan Jones and Bob and Pat Burnham of Thorntown, Jerry and Mary Blue of Cutler, Dot Fulton, Marilyn Hile, and Margy Albaugh of Deer Creek, and Jane Slusser of Logansport.
