Mike Adkins, an evangelist, author, singer and songwriter with an inter-denomination ministry of praise and teaching, will present a musical concert Saturday evening at 6 at Living Faith Church of the Brethren. He will perform again Sunday during the 10 a.m. worship service.

Prior to his conversion to Christ, Adkins actively pursued a career as a pop recording artist. He traveled extensively with rock bands and later had a singing contract with the RCA Victor label. Since that time he has actively sought the leading of the Holy Spirit to give him songs of praise and worship. He has released six albums, resulting in over 500,000 copies sold.

Adkins has also spoken and sung at many conventions and churches throughout the U.S. and has sung and spoken in ten foreign countries.

He has authored a best-selling Christian book. "A Man Called Norman," and has also produced two Christian films, "A Man Called Norman" and "Seeds for the Harvest."

The public is invited to hear his music and testimony to the Lord.
