The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announced Tuesday that Walsh Construction Company will conduct a public informational meeting on new road construction on SR 25. Construction will be from one tenth of a mile west of the Norfolk Southern Railroad to four tenths of a mile east of the Tippecanoe and Carroll County line.

Included in the contract is the construction of two twin bridges, one over CR 900 West in Carroll County and the other over the Norfolk Southern Railroad. The contract is one of the first for the Hoosier Heartland Corridor.

Walsh Construction Company was awarded the $10,466,000 contract.

The meeting will be held Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. in the Buck Creek Community Center located at 4700 N. CR 750 E.
