Oct. 29, 212 a.m. - Public intoxication, Canal Park. Romney R. Soper, 37, Camden, and Gienna D. Garcia, 40, Delphi. Bernhardt investigated.

Oct. 25, 9:21 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 413 W. Main St., Camden. Home owned by Anthony Dickerson vandalized. Det. Steve Mullin investigated.
Oct. 25, 4:25 p.m. - Burglary, 1502W. 1200N., Burnettsville. Attempted forced entry to the home of James Fitzwater. Mullin investigated.
Oct. 26, 6 a.m. - Burglary, Mike Thomas, rural Camden, reported theft of a firearm. Mullin investigated.
Oct. 26, 10:23 a.m. - Auto theft/receiving stolen auto parts, 10536 N. Earl Ave., Monticello (Jefferson Township). Vehicle owned by Richard Rakos stolen and later recovered near the residence. Mullin investigated.

Oct. 27, 10:22 a.m. - A battery was reported at 204 E. Columbia St. During the course of the investigation, Zakry Gutierrez, 20, Flora, was arrested for domestic battery. Chief Paul Redmon, Officer Mark Thomas and Deputy John Chapman investigated.
Oct. 29, 8:44 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 215 N. Division St., Apt. 44. Redmon investigated.
Oct. 30, 10:27 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 100 Center St. Officer Dunning investigated.
Oct. 31, 9:29 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 604 Kenrick St., Lot 43. Redmon investigated.
Oct. 31, 3:29 p.m. - A vehicle driven by Todd A. Yates, 38, Cutler, struck a vehicle driven by Joyce M. Ritchey, 60, Cutler. Thomas investigated.
Nov. 1, 5:45 PM - A vehicle struck an Embark telephone box near 1788W. SR18 and left the scene. Thomas investigated.
Nov. 2, 7:17 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 404 W. Capital St. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.
