In a jury trial, David Colbert , 40, was acquitted of three felony counts of child molesting.

Angel Flores-Sanchez, 20, was found guilty of dealing in marijuana, a Class C felony. The defendant will serve 4 years in the Department of Correction, two years suspended, and will make restitution in the amount of $1,014.55 to the Carroll County Sheriff's Dept. plus court costs of $364.
