Registrations are being accepted for Leadership Carroll County 2009 (LCC), an indepth adult leadership development program.

The curriculum will include both personal leadership development topics, as well as information about the county and current issues.

The program will be held on six consecutive Wednesdays, beginning Jan. 21 and concluding Feb. 25.
