Indiana Senate Republicans are seeking college interns for the 2009 legislative session.

Applications for the four-tofive month, Indianapolisbased paid internships are available online at www.in.gov/senate_republicans and due on Oct. 15.

The Indiana Senate Majority Caucus is seeking experienced, energetic communications, political science and history undergraduate and graduate students to join the Republican team as media and legislative interns at the Statehouse in Indianapolis for the spring semester.

Qualified candidates will have successful academic backgrounds and will be teamed with full-time press secretaries and legislative assistants.

Internships begin with an orientation at the end of December and last the duration of the spring academic semester.
