Although the deadline to register to vote in Indiana in the Nov. 4 general election is Monday the LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOTE at a license branch is Saturday. License branches are closed on Sundays and Mondays, with hours on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Voter registration forms are available at www.indianavoters. com, license branches, and public libraries. DELPHI CHAMBER OF COMMERCE is asking for donations of candy, toy prizes and other fun items for the Fall Carnival at Canal Park, Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 p.m., hosted by the Delphi United Methodist Church. Games, hayrides, hot dogs and drinks will be available. The carnival is open to children ages preschool through fifth-grade. Costumes are optional.
