Mr. and Mrs. Clifford "Ike" Farner of 615 W. Market St., Apt. 8, Delphi, have been married 60 years. Farner and the former Betty Belle Reed were married Sept. 26, 1948, in Lafayette. 10 YEARS AGO Ribbon cutting ceremonies and an open house were held to celebrate the newest home of the Burlington Library. Since its opening in 1981, the library has been in several locations.
