Charles F. McFatridge
Charles F. McFatridge, 88, of Logansport, died at 1:16 p.m. Sat., Sept. 20, 2008, at his residence.
Born Jan. 4, 1920, in Deer Creek, he was the son of Ira Lewis and Ethel Maude Campbell. He was married on Sept. 30, 1943, in Cass County, to Rosanna Sink, who survives.
Mr. McFatridge was a retired electrician and farmer.
He was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church and Eagles Lodge #323, both in Logansport.
He enjoyed fishing, gardening and coon hunting.
Surviving with his wife of Logansport are two daughters, Donna Rikard (husband: Randy) of Walton and Debra Maddox (husband: Chuck) of Valparaiso; a sister, Vera Larimore (husband: Junior) of Galveston; a grandson, Jeff Beeman (wife: Blanche) of Logansport; one great-grandson, Matthew Beeman; several stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, Jim, Tom, Bill, Bob and Art McFatridge, and a sister, Dorothy McFatridge.
Services were held Tuesday at Gundrum Funeral Home, Logansport. The Rev. Doug Mankell officiated. Burial was at Hopewell Cemetery, Deer Creek.
