Indiana Department of Transportation has announced the real estate process has begun for the Hoosier Heartland Highway project from Lafayette to Logansport. This process includes land surveying, titling, appraising and purchasing, as well as relocation and demolition.

Affected property owners can expect to receive offers beginning this winter and continuing through early 2010. The project website is www .in.gov/indot/div/projects/sr25study.
