Doggett WAGONER MEDICAL CENTER will offer free health screenings at the Burlington Park during this weekend's Burlington Fall Festival. Stop by the Center's booth at Burlington Community Park for a free body mass index.

Festival hours are Friday 5 to 9 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

DR. BRIAN DOGGETT was Carroll County's delegate to last week's Indiana State Medical Ass ociation's 159th Annual Convention held in Indianapolis.

The theme for the three-day event was "Work in Progress: Health Care Transformation."

Delegates debated and discussed 43 resolutions that reflected issues of concern to Hoosier physicians and various physician groups. The resolutions were submitted by ISMA members who sought to establish key polity for the organization or who will pursue legislation at the 2009 General Assembly.
