Fall Festival Queen Hannah Brewster and her court raised money for Tabitha Burt and her family. Winner was The Scoop and the money was donated to the family.

Kiwanis Club will meet Saturday at 7:30 a.m. for breakfast and meeting at the fire station, Jerry McConnell will show slides of his trip to South Africa.

The Joint Heirs will be in concert Sunday at 6:30 p.m. at the Church of Christ.

A carry-in supper and quarterly conference for the United Methodist Church will be held Sunday at 6 p.m. at the Flora church.

Crossroads Community Christian Church will celebrate 12 years of being together on Sunday with cake and punch following morning worship. Youth will meet that evening at 6.

Faith Church of Christ will begin Christmas cantata practice Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. High school students and adults are invited to participate.

Every Sunday in October at Faith Church of Christ Peter Heck will bring a special series of messages during worship time.

First Brethren WMS will meet Oct. 2.
