Charles Sibray, 82, Odon, died Sept. 2, 2008, at his residence.

Born Nov. 17, 1925, in Flora, he was the son of Charles Sr. and Opal Bouger Sibray. His marriage was to the former Reba Ainscough, who preceded him in death in 2005.

Mr. Sibray served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He retired from the Odon Post Office where he carried mail for the Town of Odon for several years.

Surviving are a son, John Sibray (wife: Susan) of Odon; three grandchildren; and two brothers, Joe Sibray of Indianapolis and Jerry Sibray of New Albany.

Services and burial were held Sept. 4 in Odon.
