Private graveside services for Beverly A. Draper, 77, of Cutler, were held last week at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora.

She died at 4:17 a.m. Friday, Sept. 5, 2008, at Waterford Place Health Campus in Kokomo.

She was born June 8,1931, in Burlington, to Vernon and Elva (Douglas) Payne. She graduated from Cutler High School in 1949. She married Robert Draper, who preceded her in death.

A homemaker, Mrs. Draper was a member of Cutler Presbyterian Church.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She was known for her sense of humor and her wit.

She was also an avid animal lover.

Surviving are a daughter, Paula Eller (husband: Gary) of Kokomo; five grandchildren, Noel Evans (wife: Patty), Suzanne Wrightsman (husband: Adam), Amanda Eller, Carson Eller, and Dakota Eller; two greatgrandchildren, Gabrielle Evans and Adryanna Wrightsman; a sister, Janet Best (husband: Willard) of Cutler; (three stepchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a daughter, Susan Clem.

Stout & Son Funeral Home, Russiaville Chapel, was in charge of arrangements.
