It's my second week of casserole cooking - the perfect, simple autumn meal main attraction. After Church Crockpot Casserole is a great recipe to prepare before heading out the door and in two hours is ready to serve a hungry family. Taco Casserole is a quick south of the border treat and Spicy Ranch Chicken Casserole is a hearty treat.

Next week: more tasty one-dish recipes. Happy eating!
