Randy and Nina German of Delphi announce the engagement of their daughter, Hali, to Cameron Stout. He is the son of Sam and Gail Moffitt of Camden and the late Gary Stout.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Delphi Community High School. She is attending Purdue University, double majoring in elementary education and special education. She is also freshman volleyball coach at West Lafayette Jr./Sr. High School.

Her fiancé is a 2006 graduate of Carroll High School and is attending Purdue University, majoring in computer information technology. He works for Itap, Purdue's computer labs.

Their wedding will be June 19, 2009, in Jamaica.
