The former Brethren Healthcare Center had a Comfort Club, and when the facility closed in 2001, something had to be done with all the materials that the ladies used. Roberta Shanks, who helped with the club, gathered up all the fabric, sewing machines and other accessories, and has kept them in storage units all this time. More ...
