Friends of Carroll County Parks have been making improvements at Deer Creek Park in anticipation of the "Party at the Park" public event to be held Sept. 13. Painted playground equipment and new signs are among the improvements. Pictured (l-r) are Al Auffart and Bob Burton installing a sign at the park on State Road 218.
