Larry E Farner, 62 of Delphi was arrested today, Wednesday, on suspicion of arson, a Class B felony, for the torching of the canal playground boat Sunday morning at the Wabash & Erie Canal Center in Delphi. He is being held at the Carroll County Jail on a $50,000.00 bond. More...
