Joan L. Gray, 84, of Kokomo, died at 9:15 a.m. Aug. 26, 2008, at her residence.

She was born Sept. 26, 1923, in Indianapolis, to Walter C. and Alta Redman Delrymple. On Dec. 15, 1945, she married Harry Weaver Gray in Carrollton. He preceded her in death on June 23, 1998.

She was a homemaker and attended the Roseburg Church of God.

Surviving are a son, Michael L. Gray of Kokomo; a daughter, Patty Parton of Greentown; six grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held Thursday at noon at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora.
