Lafayette Bank & Trust Company, National Association, has elected JASON BRICKER and MARK E. HOWARD to its board of directors. Bricker is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Kirby Risk Corporation in Lafayette. Howard, a life-long resident of White County, is president of Howard and Sons John Deere Implement in Monticello and operates the family farm.
Salin Bank & Trust Company has recruited ALVIN T. "KIT" STOLEN III, to be president and chief operating officer.
Stolen brings to Salin more than 30 years of bank management experience, leadership development and human capital consulting. He is former president and CEO of Union Federal Bank of Indianapolis.
In January 2007 he joined Achievant, a human capital management company that helps businesses maximize the performance of their associates through software and leadership development consulting. While associated with Achievant, Stolen served for several months as interim CEO and interim CFO at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI). Stolen is currently chairman of the board at RHI and serves on the Finance Committee for the St. Vincent Health System.
